Davidson - Dandie Dinmont We then visited the tomb of James Davidson in Oxnam near Jedburgh, a small idyllic amidst the Borders..
The tomb of Davidson was covered by a large memorial plaque describing the part Davidson played as Dandie Dinmont. Reverend Thomson told out of the life of Davidson and of his history.
A prayer closed Reverend Thomson remembering a man having giving his own name to our breed many centuries ago. We then were invited to have an afternoon tea in Oxnam Village Hall.
