This year the Club-Winner Dog Show from KFT was located at Paaren/Glien close to Berlin. A very beautiful place for such an event. The “Brandenburghalle“ is very spacious, seven rings were built for 298 dogs in all. Sufficient parking places and short ways were also given. The worth seeing terrain invited to a beautiful walk around the show.

Mrs. Schwab (Luxembourg) had to judge 9 Dandies. In 3 classes were at least 2 Dandies declared, a competition was guaranted. Two dogs in junior-class, two dogs in open-class and two bitches in junior-class were declared. Champion-class bitches, open-class and puppy-class bitches were taken single. The tension increased towards the end of the competition. So to speak the victory of the day was reserved to the youth. At the total decision of the day the puppy-bitch “Treasure Island´s Bahama Breeze“ became “Best puppy in show“ of all races. In junior class dogs “Brooklyn vom Ostender Hof“ became “Junior Club Winner“, “Best Dog“ and “Best of Breed“, second in this class was “Brandy vom Parkwald”.

Club winner dogs became “Treasure Island´s Admiral Benbow”, he won the competition and second in open-class was “Arax Dandie from Switzerland”. Bitches started in puppy-class, “Treasure Island´s Bahama Breeze” got “Best Puppy in Show” against a lot of other dogs.

In junior-class we had two bitches in competition, “Ascot Fascination of Wild Orchids” won the class and became Junior Club Winner before “Palmira Pearl vom Adelsberg”.

Club winner bitches got in champion-class ”Francy Treasure vom Adelsberg” and she also became “Best Bitch”. In open class bitches “Emilie Elea vom Adelsberg” was registred and got V1 and Res. CAC.

In all I can say, it was a successful breed show in the large Brandenburghalle and Paaren/Glien is a journey worth. But there could be more Dandies in show, the interested spectators want to see more beautiful Dandies. The precise results are published in the “list of results”.
