German Open
2000-05-12

As promised we have now made the alterations of our "Dandie of the Year" competition. Please note the following details:

  • The four competitions have been renamed; their name now reads "GERMAN OPEN" - and we have developed a new logo, too. This logo you will find on the starting page and thus enabling you to directly learn the contents of the latest update.
  • We furthermore have introduced a new competition named "Best Dandie Abroad". By this our guests from foreign countries not only are in the same situation as the German participants regarding competition, but also even have an additional and secured chance.
  • We have made the relevant supplements as to the "Conditions" and have them adapted to the different competitions.
  • The evaluations that have been effected up to now have been computed from anew. The results of our Dandie friends abroad have been incorporated in our tables with their Dandies.
  • We do wish good luck to all exhibitors.

Dandie of the Year
2000-05-10

Our contest "Dandie of the Year" enjoys great attention. The evaluations are noticed with great and improving interest. All interested peoples are regularly informed of the latest results of that competition.

A few days ago a demand has been uttered to let Dandies being in foreign ownership take part in this competition. We are quite prepared to accept a suggestion like this. Already some time ago we had decided on an additional contest "Best Dandie in Foreign Ownership", starting in 2001. Therefore, the suggestion corresponds quite well with our concepts. DandieOnline is flexible and will adapt the conditions of the competitions to the new circumstances.

Certainly, it will take some time to prepare these regulations and to have the ruling ones altered and up-dated ex post.

We do hope having thus to take part in the competition to the same conditions. DandieOnline is looking forward to an active participation.
