Congratulations!

Having looked at your homepage for several times I have decided granting you the Chandesign Silver. I am sure you will honour this Award.

CHANDESIGN SILBER

What is fine with a design award is that you do not have to care about the contents. Well, I have to admit that I am not interested in dogs very much but all the more in design. The following laudation is published in my list of winners:

"The consistent setting of colours and the well organised guidance through the menu of DandieOnline have pleased me very much. The arrangement of the graphics and texts and the well done buttons give the different pages a pleasing appearance. I furthermore was pleased of nearly all of the pictures turning into a white background. The "DandieOnline"-bar (on the left) I do find to be disturbing as does the design of the navigation page."

By the way, I think the triangular buttons were very well done. What do I say 'were', 'are' ... The navigation page might be done better and would agree with something peculiar. However, that all is a matter of taste

As a site presenting lots of information as well as having the ambition to be entertaining DandieOnline had been forced to concentrate its main efforts. In his criteria Chan put great emphasis on the design while the content is of nearly no importance as far as evaluation is concerned. The more do we feel honoured being awarded with the "Chandesign Silver Award".
