It ia the
right of each buyer of a whelp to get full information from its breeder
together with rules of behaviour. These data shozuld be at hand to the
buyer at least a fortnight before taking on the whelp. It is the duty
of a serious breeder to prepare such data for the buyer and to them
over to him.
